What is the Online Portal?
The customer Online Portal is designed with you in mind, once logged in using your policy number you’ll be able to view your policy as well as make changes. By managing your policy online, it gives you complete control of your pet’s cover options.
How do I register for an account?
Simply click on the button below that matches with your policy type. This will take you to the login screen. If you have an account, simply use your login details to continue. If you do not have an account, click on ‘create new account’ and follow the on-screen instructions. You will need your policy number to register, this can be found in your policy documents.
If you can’t find your policy number you can call us on 0330 102 5748 and we’ll be more than happy to help.
Unfortunately, some of our brands that have been re-branded to Purely Pets do not have access to the portal, if your policy number does not start with any of the prefixes mentioned below, please just give us a call on 0330 102 5748.
